Freedom to travel2
If a Terrorist Incident occurs in a U.S. city to which you are
scheduled to arrive within 30 days, you can rebook your trip, and we
will reimburse you for the published penalty or change fees that you
must pay up to the amount of coverage purchased for your original trip.
Your rebooked trip must begin within 30 days of your original trip
departure date and you must notify us before you change your travel
plans.
Freedom from extra expenses3
We will pay reasonable, additional accommodation and traveling
expenses up to a maximum of $1,OOO if you become stranded for 6 hours or
morels a direct result of a Terrorist Incident in a U.S. city,
Freedom to return home4
If a Terrorist Incident occurs in the U.S. city where you usually
reside and you're away from home, we'll pay, on a one-time basis, up to
$1,000 for reasonable, additional travel expenses if you decide to
return home immediately (within 3 days of the Terrorist Incident).

IMPORTANT NOTICE
The following airlines, cruise lines and tour operators are
"Covered Suppliers" for the purpose of determining eligibility
for full financial default coverage. In the event of a financial
default, to be eligible for the full amount indicated under Trip
Cancellation/Interruption in your Confirmation Letter:
1. your travel supplier must be listed as a "Covered
Supplier" on the policy effective date; and
2. you must have purchased a travel insurance policy (with trip
cancellation and interruption coverage) within 14 days of your initial
trip payment. If your travel supplier is not listed below, or you did
not purchase your insurance policy within 14 days of your initial trip
payment, the maximum benefit payable for financial default is $50.
All other terms and conditions of your Certificate of Insurance
apply. This list represents the complete list of suppliers as of today
and is subject to change at any time. This list is not intended to be
and should not be relied upon as a statement about or judgment of any
travel supplier.

1 Coverage is excluded for cities in which a Terrorist Incident has
occurred within 30 days prior to purchase of insurance; for cities in
which large, multi-day public events attended by more than 50,000 people
(e.g., Olympics) are taking place during any portion of your trip; and
for Terrorist Incidents involving biological, chemical, or nuclear
agents. Benefits payable under this program are not payable under any
other applicable Access America policy coverage's.
Terrorist Incident means an act of violence that results in loss of
life or major property damage, by any person acting on behalf of or in
connection with any organization that intends to overthrow or influence
the control of any government, and which is declared as such by the U.S.
State Department or other appropriate U.S. government agency. Terrorist
Incident does not include general civil protests, unrest, rioting, or
acts of war.
2 The U.S. city in which the Terrorist Incident occurs must be the
final destination of your insured trip, or the U.S. city from which your
cruise was scheduled to embark. Your travel supplier must not have
offered a substitute itinerary and your new trip cost must be at least
as much as your original trip cost. Coverage is secondary to any form of
compensation you may receive from any other sources. When you return
from your trip and file your claim, you must provide proof of having
paid for and completed your new trip.
3 Prepaid expenses are not covered. Payments will not exceed $200 per
person per day.
4 Prepaid expenses are not covered.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SUPPLIER DEFAULT COVERAGE
Please note that we have made the following changes to our Trip
Cancellation/Interruption coverage:
If you purchased your insurance within 14 days of your initial trip
payment date and your travel supplier is listed as a covered supplier in
your Confirmation Letter, the program will cover you for Financial
Default of that supplier up to the amount Indicated in your Confirmation
Letter. In all other instances coverage for Default is limited to $50.
