Itinerary |
Wednesday - New York/Cairo: Depart USA at 6:30 PM to Egypt. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey
Thursday - Cairo Egypt: Upon arrival our
representative will assist you through customs and the immigration
formalities. You will then transfer to your hotel for a much
needed rest.
Friday -
Cairo/Pyramids: Enjoy a tour to visit the Pyramids, the Sphinx, and
the Egyptian Museum. Begin at the Pyramids of Cheops, Khefren and
Mycerinus. Continue to the Sphinx and the Valley Temple.
Finally a visit to the World-renowned Egyptian Museum, with its
treasures of King Tutankhamen and mummies dating back some 3350 years.
Lunch is included. This evening enjoy an optional Sound and
Light Show at the Great Pyramid ($38) (B/L)
Saturday Cairo / Luxor:
Wake up call will be early to make sure we are on time for our 7:30 AM
flight to Luxor. Upon arrive we will visit the largest temple
complex in all of Egypt, Karnak Temple. We will then continue to
Luxor Temple. Our hotel tonight is the Nile Cruise
boat, of the 5 star Nabila Cruise line. The afternoon will be
free in Luxor. Maybe a bit of jewelry shopping at Radwan's or a
visit to the Luxor Museum. (B/L/D) There will be the
option of taking a horse drawn carriage through old Luxor this evening
- $20 per person
Sunday - Luxor/Valley
of the Kings: Due to new restrictions on access to the
Valley of the Kings our departure will be determined by the Egyptian
Antiquities Authority. We will visit the Valley of the Kings,
the valley of the Queens and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
Then finally to the Colossi of Memnon. This afternoon we sail
for the locks at Esna. There will be plenty of time to read on
the sun deck or in your Jr. Suite. (B/L/D)
Monday - Edfu/Kom
Ombo: After breakfast this morning we will take a horse drawn
carriage for our visit to the Temple of Horus. We will then
spend a leisurely sailing afternoon on the Nile en-route to the
Temple at Kom Ombo, which we will visit in the early evening.

Tuesday - Aswan/Cairo:
After breakfast you will visit the Aswan Dams, the Temple at
Philae and the Unfinished Obelisk. This afternoon there will
be a felucca sail to view Elephantine Island and the Agah Khan
Mausoleum. Fly back to Cairo this Evening (B/L/D)
Wednesday - Cairo/New York: Transfer to the
airport for your 10:00AM flight to New York, Say Good-Bye
for now to the land of the Pharaohs. (B)

Fine Print: Deposit of $200.00 is non refundable. Egyptian Visa
$25.00 per person . The round trip cost of transportation to JFK is
not included. All pricing now includes air fuel surcharges per U.S.
D.O.T Regulations. Air taxes are additional. In the past fuel surcharges
were paid with final payment and were collected along with the taxes,
now the fuel surcharge is collected as part of the package price. Bottom
line is the same. You are not paying more now, you did not pay less
before!
Prices quoted
do include fuel surcharges, but do not include airport
fees or airline taxes.
